Good morning everyone,

The forecast for this week isn't looking so good anymore. It's going to be overcast today, tomorrow and Saturday and then the rain is going to roll in on Sunday and Monday before giving way to...more grey skies next Tuesday. The good news is that it's going to be a bit warmer than they'd originally called for with highs all week in the low 20s. Since the forecast has changed, I'm not too worried about the bad weather yet, as it's possible that it could change again...hopefully for the better next time.

I'm not one to read too much into my dreams. I believe that they are the mind's way of dealing with all of the things that have happened/are happening in our lives and I don't put too much store in the belief that they have other 'meanings'.  Like most people, I go through spells of vividly remembering my dreams and other times when I forget them within a couple of minutes of waking up.

However, the last two nights I've had really realistic dreams about surviving in Hiroshima after a horrific natural disaster. The dream doesn't include the actual disaster, just me and some people trying to get by in the initial moments after it happens and then dealing with the reality that no one is coming to help us for at least a month.

There are no zombies (which are insanely popular at the moment)..ha ha!

When I had the dream the first time, I didn't think anything about it, but when I had another dream-not the same one again-about a serious natural disaster hitting Hiroshima, it made me think about whether I'm really prepared for one or not. I know I've got way more stuff at home than most people and I'm pretty resourceful, so I'm sure I'd be ok. How about you? Do you ever think, "Man...I really should be better prepared for a natural disaster."?

I'm still not going to lose any sleep over some dream, but if I have another disaster dream tonight, I'm moving back to Canada! ha ha!

Have a great day!
