Nothing is worse than a warm beer, so...
Did you get caught out in the rain yesterday morning? Luckily, when I went to work, it wasn't raining at all. Once I got to work though, it started pouring. Today is looking like the opposite-it's going to start out cloudy and then turn to rain in the afternoon and there's a 50/50 chance it'll continue to rain for most of the day after that and then into tomorrow.
Nothing says, “Thanks, Dad,” like a perfectly chilled beer.
With Mother’s Day having come and gone, it’s time to start thinking about the dads and father figures of the world. Some of them might be hard to buy for and there are so many gifts to choose from, but we’ve got a new special gift that you can add to the list: cans of Yebisu beer that change color.
As a special treat for Father’s Day, Yebisu, is producing a limited-time can that features a necktie and a rose on it. When the beer is room temperature (the wrong temperature), they remain white, but cool the can to below 10 degrees Celsius (50 degrees Fahrenheit), and the tie and rose turn a manly shade of pink. Why pink? You'd think they'd turn blue or green, wouldn't you?
If you are a father, you know your heart melts a little bit when your loved one brings you a nice cold brew. Now you can know for certain that it’s just the right temperature.
I'm no father (not that I know of...ha ha!) and my dad doesn't drink alcohol anymore, but I can promise you that I'll be getting a few of these for myself! And then I'll be putting them to the test as soon as I can! It's starting to warm up out there and I need my beer frosty!
Have a great day!
