I guess we need to think we are really lucky this year...we get two rainy seasons! Ha ha!
McDonald's has a new shake for the fall weather. For this special treat, the fast food giant is partnering with Japanese confectioner Morinaga.
While Morinaga has a number of popular products, one of its most beloved is its milk caramels, which first went on sale in 1903 and are the inspiration behind the McShake Morinaga Milk Caramel.
The McShake Morinaga Milk Caramel went on sale September 21 and is scheduled to stick around until the middle of October. It’s priced at Y120 for a small or Y200 for a medium, with a Y50 discount if you also bring in a box of regular Morinaga Milk Caramels, with its iconic, retro design. (I wish I'd known that beforehand)
I tried it out Wednesday night on the way home from work and it is sooooo good! If you're a fan of those milk caramels, you'll love the shake because it tastes just like them. Yeah, it's pretty sweet, but who cares?! You're drinking a caramel milk shake! Ha ha!
Have a great day!
