65th Anniversary of the Hiroshima bombing

Good morning everyone,

Well, today it's...ahhh...hot!? Ha ha! I don't know what to say..."Hot enough for ya'?" Ha ha!

So, yesterday was the 65th anniversary of the Hiroshima bombing and it was attended by a UN Secretary-General and representatives from the US, France and England for the first time-along with 55000 other people. Their attendance has shown that the world may finally be ready for serious talks about the non-proliferation of nuclear weapons. However, I can't believe they will ever be completely banned because as long as one country has a single nuclear weapon or the means to make one than other countries will feel the need to have one to protect themselves.

If you read yesterday's blog than you will know that I think I have an answer for every problem on the planet-except my own...ha ha! The only way we could ever get rid of nuclear weapons is to break down national barriers and eliminate 'nationality' as a way of defining ourselves-which may happen someday. Likely the day we are attacked by aliens...ha ha!

Have a great day!
